Key Holding & Alarm Response

CJE provide alarm response and key holding services throughout Staffordshire and The West Midlands,  We act as key holders for your property, business, school or local authority building and attend in the event of an alarm trigger. We are nominated by our clients as the first key holder and callout for any alarm activations for their premises.


We operate within the police guidelines and aim to attend the site within 20 minutes of any alarm activation. In the event of an alarm callout we provide a full perimeter check of the premises and check all doors and windows, prior to entering the premises.


Alarm Response Services


Following an alarm activation and a full perimeter check of the building, the area of activation is checked and investigated to find out the cause. The alarm is then reset and the premises locked up and made secure again.

  • Full perimeter check in the event of an alarm activation.
  • All windows and doors fully checked and made secure.
  • Full details of alarm activation emailed to the client the following working day.
  • We operate within police guidelines and aim to attend within 20 minutes.
  • We will liaise with the police in the event of a break in or criminal damage.
